At Metal Medic, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification may not qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. For safety and hygiene reasons, installed or used stoves cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order details. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning the product.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return process. Please note that customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
