Maintenance & Handling

 Allow the oven to cool completely before removing ash and debris. Clean with a wire brush or damp cloth. Raw steel will naturally develop a patina over time; optional heat-resistant paint or oil coatings can be applied to reduce oxidation. Store in a dry location when not in use to extend product life.
